Patrícia de Melo e Liz is the Managing Partner of Lizinvest, bringing over 25 years of experience across real estate, architecture, education and business leadership in Portugal. Her career spans the full spectrum of the property world — from founding her own design and real estate consultancy, to leading Savills Portugal as CEO for nearly seven years, cementing its position as one of the most relevant real estate groups in the country. A true entrepreneur at heart, Patrícia has founded and led multiple ventures, demonstrating a rare combination of creative vision and sharp business acumen. Today, through Lizinvest, she channels that expertise into urban regeneration projects that bring new life to cities.
Bernardo Silva brings a strong foundation in real estate consultancy and investment to his role as Project Manager at Lizinvest. Having spent over four years at Savills Portugal — one of the world's leading real estate advisory firms — he developed a deep understanding of the Portuguese property market across residential, retail, hotel, office, and logistics sectors. Alongside his work at Lizinvest, Bernardo is also a Partner and Project Director at Disruptive Labs, an AI and technology consultancy, bringing a forward-thinking, data-driven approach to everything he does.
